An inspection is a trained visual examination to assist the client (buyers or sellers) to understand the current conditions of the property including:

- Site Analysis – Grading
- Heating/Cooling/Ventilation systems
- Exterior and Interior Finishes
- Porches, Balconies and Decks
- Roofing, Chimneys and Flashing
- Attic, Ventilation and Insulation
- Electrical Systems
- Plumbing Systems
There is no passing or failing an inspection. The inspection serves to provide an understanding of the condition of major systems and how those systems work. The home owner can begin to learn how to protect their investment through maintenance. It is important that the client attend the inspection.
